Safe and rapid processing of HSE cases at Bel Air
The HSE Team meets regularly in order to improve the working environment at Bel Air. During the meetings the team will set up action plans that will be the basis for solutions to these challenges and delegate tasks to improve the working environment at Bel Air.
A web-based HSE database is available for all Bel Air employees. From all Bel Air computers with internet access it is possible for all employees to write a new case.
HSE Team follows the development
Bel Air HSE Team members are employees with different competences from different areas of the organisation, this gives a very competent and efficient processing of the cases.
The electronic HSE system follows the status of the various cases and action plans so that the board, the management and the employees can always see the status on cases, processing time and initiated steps to solve the various cases.
